Our Story

Many of you can most likely identify as lifelong 'foodies', just like us.

After countless years, & thousands of plates of food cooked & eaten, our husband & wife team, Tony & Teneille (yes just like 'The Captain & Tennille') decided our passion for making Black Garlic needed to be shared with our food-loving community.

We had been making our own Black Garlic for years, sharing it with our friends & family, & with their encouragement Noosa Black Garlic was born.

Through partnering with local garlic farmers in the Noosa region, we are able to source the highest quality, organically grown Elephant Garlic as the base for our Noosa Black Garlic products.

Elephant Garlic provides a naturally milder flavour than many smaller garlic varieties, & we think it is perfect for making Noosa Black Garlic.

Not only do our Noosa Black Garlic range of products taste amazing, Black Garlic is also renowned for it's health benefits. Teneille is not only ardent cook, she is also a Naturopath with over 20 years experience in healthcare & an expert keynote speaker in the natural medicine industry for over a decade. This experience underpins her understanding of the advantages of aged Black Garlic, with it's improved digestibility, antioxidant activities & protective effects for the cardiovascular system.
